Our upcoming campout will take place from Friday, August 21st to Saturday, August 22nd at the Tampa MOSI (Museum of Science & Innovation).

Scouts can work on the Eagle-required Environmental Science Merit Badge (10am to 2pm) and tour the museum after class (2pm to 5pm). Those who already have this badge are welcome to enjoy the museum for the entire day.
- Friday: Meet at Trinity Church at 7:00 PM Make lunches for Saturday (please eat dinner beforehand).
- Saturday Morning: Depart Trinity Church for Tampa at 7:00 AM sharp.
- Saturday evening: Stop for Pizza (every scout needs to bring money to pay for their meal)
- Saturday Return: Arrive back at Trinity Church between 9:00 PM and 9:30 PM (see Facebook page on August 22nd for exact ETA).

October Campouts are highly flexible based on the goals of the scout. For those working towards the backpacking merit badge, there is a potential backpacking trip to the Ocala National Forest. For scouts focused on various advancements, the merit badge fair may be a good option. Other scouts may find it valuable to add to their service hours by staffing the Cub Scout Spookaree camp.

In November, scouts can choose between a 5 day backpacking trip starting the Friday before Thanksgiving (November 20th) and ending on Wednesday (November 25th) and a district Camporee (November 13 - 15).
